Welcome to the website of the Payment Asia Group. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “ours” when used in these Terms of Use mean Payment Asia Services Limited and its holding company, subsidiaries, affiliate and related companies. The terms “you”, “your” and “yours” when used in these Terms of Use mean any user of this website.Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
By accessing, using, or by merely browsing the Site you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated by reference in these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, you may not use the Site.

Payment Asia reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and in its sole discretion.

2. Registration Data; Account Security
If you register for an account on the Site, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site (“Registration Data”); (b) maintain the security of your password; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to Payment Asia, and to keep Registration Data accurate, current and complete; and (d) accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to Payment Asia. All information, data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics, software, video, messages or other materials displayed on or available through this website (collectively the “Content”) are our properties or are licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. We and/or our licensors own copyright in the selection, co-ordination, arrangement and enhancement of such Content, as well as in the content original to it. You may only download and print the Content for the use specified herein or for your personal and non-commercial use. You have no rights in or to the Content. Except as expressly provided herein, you may not modify, alter, publish, transmit, redistribute, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit, any of the Content, in whole or in part without our written authorization.

Providing a Reliable and Secure Service
We take security seriously. We strive to maintain a reliable and secure environment for your data. However, no system is perfectly secure or reliable, the Internet is an inherently insecure medium, and the reliability of hosting services, Internet intermediaries, your Internet service provider, and other service providers cannot be assured. When you use the Site, you accept these risks, and the responsibility for choosing to use a technology that does not provide perfect security or reliability.

If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Payment Asia may assign any or all of its rights hereunder to any party without your consent. You are not permitted to assign any of your rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Payment Asia, and any such attempted assignment will be void and unenforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Payment Asia regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications whether electronic, oral or written between you and Payment Asia regarding your use of the Site. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid, unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed to the maximum extent permitted by law; however, any and all other provisions shall remain valid and be given full force and effect in a valid and enforceable manner to accomplish the purposes of these Terms.

This Privacy Policy Statement (this “PPS”) is made by Payment Asia and its affiliates (collective “we”, “our” or “us”) in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong (“PDPO”). This PPS is intended to inform you of our policies and practices with respect to the collection, use, retention, disclosure, transfer, security and access of personal data.Our Commitment to Privacy

Collection of Personal Data

The provision of your personal information to us is optional, but without it we may be unable to process your request or provide the services requested by you.
Some information may be automatically collected when you visit the Site and App. For example, it is standard for your Web browser to automatically send information to every website you visit including ours. When you sign up for our services, we may share the personal information you provide with the following third parties only as necessary for the third party to provide that service:
Credit card processing companies and payment providers to bill you for services;
Email service providers to send out emails on our behalf;
Employment resources companies to process your job applications;
Business partners, joint venture partners, service providers, vendors, agents, consultants and independent contractors who provide administrative or other services to us as required in the normal course and scope of our business:
to comply with any applicable law, statute, governmental order or court order or respond to any lawful request and legal process;
to protect the rights and property of Payment Asia, our agents, members and others including to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of use;

in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.
We also reserve the right to disclose your personal data to our related companies, including subsidiaries and affiliates within the Payment Asia Group in and outside Hong Kong.
In any such event, we will provide notice if your data are transferred and become subject to a different privacy policy.
Direct Marketing
We may use data from time to time collected or kept by us, including your name, address, telephone number and email address, for direct marketing purposes. We will not transmit or disclose your personal data to any third party for direct marketing purposes unless we have your consent or indication of no objection. However, we may transmit and disclose your name, address, telephone number and email address to our group companies in Hong Kong or overseas for direct marketing of their products in relation to payment services. In order to conduct the above direct marketing, we may engage third party data processors or service providers to complete the tasks.
When you give your consent or indication of no objection in relation to the above use to us, you represent that you have consented to our use of your personal data for the above purposes. Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our registration or order forms online, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.
If you use a password on our Site or App, you are responsible for keeping it confidential and should not share it with any other person. If you believe your password has been misused, please advise us immediately.
We have also put in place suitable procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect offline.
